Landscape Maintenance Foreperson

A qualified landscape maintenance foreperson will be expected to have experience in and willing to do the following:

• Complete daily job site journals
• Complete daily maintenance logs
• Perform weekly toolbox meetings
• Help with maintenance and cleaning of vehicles and equipment
• Ability to operate various pieces of equipment
• Hold a valid class 5 license
• Provide own transportation to project sites
• Work weekends
• Work long hours
• Schedule and run crews
• Be able and willing to mow and trim
• Be able and willing to pick up litter
• Be able and willing to weed
• Be able and willing to complete small construction projects

Beneficial skills and knowledge to have:

• Valid first-aid certificate
• WHMIS training
• More experience the better the starting wage
